To renew or terminate your lease agreement, contact us at hello@hazelvalleyhomes.com or give us a call at (314) 310-3095. One of our team members will guide you through your lease terms and next steps for termination or renewal.

Paying rent is quick and easy. Log into your online portal to pay using a credit card or by adding your bank account.
Alternatively, you can send your payment to our payment processing center at Hazel Valley Homes, PO Box 157, Portsmouth, NH 03802.
Note that online payments may include a convenience fee, and there is a $10 processing fee for check payments. Cash payments are not accepted. For assistance, call us at (314) 310-3095 or email us at hello@hazelvalleyhomes.com.
Rent is due by the first of every month. Please review your lease for all payment details and obligations. If you need help accessing your lease, give us a call any time at (314) 310-3095 so we can share it with you.
For emergency situations that require immediate attention, call 911. If you need emergency maintenance assistance, call (314) 310-3095 and choose option 2 to speak with a live agent.
Put simply, we handle the big things and you handle the small ones.
As a resident, you’ll be responsible for setting up and paying for all your utilities, like electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash removal, and optional services like internet or cable. We also ask that you help keep the home in good shape by doing things like maintaining plumbing and HVAC filters, taking care of the lawn, and clearing snow from walkways and driveways.
Hazel Valley Homes handles essential repairs like roof replacements or water heater restorations to ensure that your home meets safety requirements. We also take care of structural repairs, emergency maintenance for urgent situations like electrical sparks, or major damage.
Smoking isn't allowed inside the home. Any changes or alterations to the landscaping or interior of the home require written approval.
